The staff here are pleasant and incredibly nice, with the management checking on us. the hotel has a good and unbeatable location, situated in a calm area not too far away from Phu Dong Water Park.

Breakfast was good, NICE views, ideal location just off the beach and lots of shops and restaurants, a darkish alley which is n't very comfortable for a solo female traveler when going home in the evening from dinner out and beach, the mall with a supermarket, restaurants, Sailing club. Silent, neat room, everything was great.

The hotel manager personally came to apologize, showing a caring and attentive approach towards guests. The double room we stayed in was exactly like the photos provided. The hotel is located incredibly close to the main areas of the city, making it easy to access local attractions.

We had a great stay at this hotel, with a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep and Bogosov burgers & steaks within walking distance for a delicious meal, and convenient parking nearby.

I had a nice sunny 2-night stay from the moment I checked-in. The staff was very pleasant and incredibly nice, offering wake-up calls and ironing free of charge. Truly enjoyed the twin/double room with a double bed. The breakfast was delicious and very good for what was on offer with very good soup and Asian options. The hotel was close to a variety of eateries, main attractions, shops, the beach, restaurants. Everything was simply well-maintained.
